often called the most haunted city in America.
Your ghostly adventure begins in the historic downtown
district, just minutes from the Port of Galveston, one of the busiest cruise
ports in Texas and the gateway to many Gulf of Mexico
voyages. After meeting your knowledgeable guide, you will set out on a relaxed
walking tour through streets lined with Victorian architecture, elegant
mansions, and historic landmarks that survived Galveston's dramatic past.

reputation for the supernatural. The experience blends local history with just

During the tour, you will stop at several of the island's
most iconic haunted locations. See the grand Ashton Villa, one of the city's
most famous historic homes with stories that reach
back to the Civil War era. Pass by the Rob Durst House, a property connected to
one of the most shocking modern crime stories in Texas. Continue
to the historic Normandy Inn and the mysterious Lucy House, each known for
eerie legends and unexplained encounters that locals still talk about today.
Throughout the walk, your guide provides engaging
storytelling, historical context, and insight into how Galveston's past
disasters, booming port trade, and colorful characters shaped the city's
haunting reputation. The route is easy to walk and lasts approximately 90
minutes, making it a great evening activity after dinner or sightseeing.
